1. Withdrawal and custom goods
Consumer contracts may carry a statutory right of withdrawal. Individually made or clearly personalised goods may qualify for the exception in section 312g(2)(1) BGB where its requirements are met. This does not automatically cover every sticker. Final withdrawal information must match the actual offer.
2. Defective performance
Defect rights are distinct from withdrawal and remain relevant for personalised products. Report a fault with the order reference, description and suitable photos where available. We do not use a blanket “no returns and no refunds” rule. These drafts do not shorten statutory claims.
3. Resolution and refunds
We assess whether there is a manufacturing defect, a departure from the agreed design or another issue, and identify a suitable response. Statutory remedies and any further rights remain unaffected. Automated refunds are not set up here; handle purchases from external sales platforms through their order channel.
4. Request a change or cancellation
Report requested changes or cancellation promptly with the reference. We establish the actual processing stage and the statutory or agreed consequences before promising costs or refunds. Closing an enquiry in the interface does not automatically withdraw a separately concluded contract.
5. No blanket liability exclusions
This draft does not generally exclude our liability. Mandatory consumer rights, claims for injury to life, body or health, intent, gross negligence and mandatory product liability are not excluded. A legally reviewed liability provision distinguishing contractual roles is required before sales start.
Still required before activation
Before sales, review terms, suitable withdrawal information/model form, product categories and a lawful complaints process professionally.
