§ 1 Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts between DeWerk4You (hereinafter "Seller") and the customer for the supply of personalised stickers and print products offered through this website or through Amazon.de.

§ 2 Contract conclusion

Product presentations on this website are non-binding offers. A contract is only concluded when the seller accepts the order. For orders placed via Amazon.de, Amazon's purchase conditions apply.

§ 3 Prices and payment

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Payment is made via the payment methods provided by the respective sales channel (e.g. Amazon).

§ 4 Personalised products

Personalised products are manufactured to customer specification. The right of withdrawal expires in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB for goods manufactured to customer specifications. Design drafts are checked before production. Any quality issues found will be communicated in advance.

§ 5 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@dewerk4you.com.

§ 6 Limitation of liability

The Seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence the Seller is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

§ 7 Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction for merchants: Osnabrück.
