1. Enquiry rather than order
Choose the matching product, specify quantity and design and deliberately submit your enquiry. The enquiry basket reserves neither materials nor production capacity. We review feasibility, price and delivery afterwards; binding checkout is not enabled yet.
2. Details and files
Check names, numbers, dimensions, quantities and recipient before sending. Request later changes in the conversation and have them confirmed. A message does not automatically change stored quantities or production files. A design code alone is not a complete file.
3. Ordering through external sales platforms
An external sales platform link leads to a separate platform. Purchases completed there are governed by the applicable listing and contract terms there. A website design is not automatically linked or sent to an order placed there. Use the available upload facility or arrange file delivery through that platform’s seller contact.
