1. Working together
Printers, competitors, resellers and other businesses can request production support. Registration alone confirms neither capacity nor delivery. Partner accounts need approval; artwork, quantity and requested dates are assessed per enquiry.
2. Job and data
Provide clear references, dimensions, material and the correct current file. CSV import creates reviewable drafts, not automatically authorised production jobs. Use customer data only for the agreed purpose. Requesting manufacturing does not transfer ownership of your customer relationships to DeWerk4You.
3. Timing and operation
We confirm price and dispatch timing after review. Urgency is not an automatic express commitment. The local pilot can represent test payments; these are not real payment or production confirmations. Real production and ERP handover need a separately approved workflow.
Still required before activation
Agree a framework contract, confidentiality, service limits, payment terms and escalation before commercial live operation.
