Customer account: On registration we store: name, email address, password (hashed with scrypt), delivery addresses, designs and enquiries. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance). Deletion on request, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Contact enquiries: When you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, we process your message and contact details to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Design drafts: Drafts without a customer account are stored exclusively locally in your browser and not transmitted to our servers.
