1. What to review
Review the current proof’s text, spelling, numbers, dimensions, colour, layout and notes for that specific item. Ask before approving if anything is unclear. Changes need an understandable comment.
2. Approval is version-specific
Approval applies only to the displayed current version of that item. A new proof requires a new decision. Earlier files and decisions remain in the history. Approval currently triggers neither payment, purchase nor production.
3. No blanket transfer of responsibility
Approval does not automatically remove claims for defective manufacturing or other statutory defects. DeWerk4You remains responsible for properly carrying out an agreed service. The design actually commissioned must be identifiable alongside any later order.
4. Approval and statutory rights
Approval applies only to the specific version shown and its visible design details. It does not replace safety checks or generally exclude statutory claims for defects, manufacturing faults or incorrect execution. New versions require their own approval.
Still required before activation
Before automated production, define the link between order, quote version, file hash and production authorization.
