1. Packaging choice
The partner workflow lets you request neutral, DeWerk4You or supplied branded packaging. Send your packaging only after agreeing dimensions, quality, labelling and delivery. Selecting it does not confirm receipt into stock or suitability.
2. Stock and shortage
Local stock is recorded in agreed packaging units. A shortage follows the selected fallback: hold or use neutral packaging. We do not claim unlimited stock or promise unrequested substitute packaging regardless of your selection.
3. Responsibilities remain visible
Neutral shipping does not permit hiding legally required information or naming a false manufacturer. Agree sender details, necessary product information, returns routing and any packaging obligations before direct delivery. Do not use recipient addresses for unsolicited marketing.
4. Packaging obligations and evidence
Neutral or partner-supplied packaging does not remove statutory duties. Before dispatch, determine the parties’ roles under applicable packaging law and any required registration, system participation, labelling and evidence. A private agreement does not automatically transfer mandatory statutory duties to the customer.
Still required before activation
Define storage, stocktaking, disposal/return of supplied packaging, costs and statutory roles contractually.
