1. Organisation and purpose
Provide accurate organisation, intended use, preferred material, size and quantity. A B2B heading does not automatically make an individual a business customer. The actual party and contractual role must be established for a later quote.
2. Lists and personal data
Review names, numbers, duplicates and quantities in the displayed CSV/list import. Duplicates are not automatically removed. Only send necessary details you are authorised to provide; for schools, avoid unnecessary sensitive information about children. A list is not a finished production layout.
3. Samples and approval
Samples may be needed for batches, special surfaces or demanding applications. Material, adhesion, durability, readability and timing are discussed for the specific use. Do not promise medical, safety-critical or standards-based properties without explicit evidenced agreement.
Still required before activation
Resolve business terms, data roles/processing agreements where needed and real material specifications before binding batch orders.
