DeWerk4You policies
These texts describe local development and proposed rules. Legal review, complete provider/privacy information and final contracts are still pending. They do not activate future features; statutory rights remain unaffected.
Version 2026-10-16.2 · Prepared 16.10.2026For buyers, organisations, production partners and sellers. Each section has its own permanent address and key forms link to relevant topics.
Platform & accounts
DeWerk4You combines product design, non-binding enquiries, local shop listings and production requests. The current development version does not take regular shop payments. An account, design or listing alone is not a purchase contract.
Open policy →02 · DraftBuyers & enquiries
Choose the matching product, specify quantity and design and deliberately submit your enquiry. The enquiry basket reserves neither materials nor production capacity. We review feasibility, price and delivery afterwards; binding checkout is not enabled yet.
Open policy →03 · DraftDesign, uploads & files
Only upload content you are entitled to use for the requested purpose, including photos, logos, fonts and personal names. Uploading or AI editing does not automatically grant rights. DeWerk4You does not claim ownership of your design merely because you upload it.
Open policy →04 · DraftProofs & approval
Review the current proof’s text, spelling, numbers, dimensions, colour, layout and notes for that specific item. Ask before approving if anything is unclear. Changes need an understandable comment.
Open policy →05 · DraftOrders, prices & payment
Regular checkout is not active. Enquiries, saved projects, replies and preparation packages are not proof of payment. Test payment states in the partner pilot are not real funds received. Never send card details or bank credentials through messages.
Open policy →06 · DraftShipping & delivery
Choose an accurate recipient address or confirm it with us later. The country list does not promise a rate or guaranteed delivery. A requested dispatch date is not agreed until expressly confirmed. Dispatch and arrival dates are different.
Open policy →07 · DraftWithdrawal, defects & complaints
Consumer contracts may carry a statutory right of withdrawal. Individually made or clearly personalised goods may qualify for the exception in section 312g(2)(1) BGB where its requirements are met. This does not automatically cover every sticker. Final withdrawal information must match the actual offer.
Open policy →08 · DraftB2B, schools & personalisation lists
Provide accurate organisation, intended use, preferred material, size and quantity. A B2B heading does not automatically make an individual a business customer. The actual party and contractual role must be established for a later quote.
Open policy →09 · DraftProduction partners & overflow support
Printers, competitors, resellers and other businesses can request production support. Registration alone confirms neither capacity nor delivery. Partner accounts need approval; artwork, quantity and requested dates are assessed per enquiry.
Open policy →10 · DraftPackaging & dropshipping
The partner workflow lets you request neutral, DeWerk4You or supplied branded packaging. Send your packaging only after agreeing dimensions, quality, labelling and delivery. Selecting it does not confirm receipt into stock or suitability.
Open policy →11 · DraftSellers & listings
Sellers create an accurate shop profile and use a supported manufacturing base. Descriptions, images and production files must be lawful and accurate. Identify AI or example images so they are not mistaken for photographs of an actual product.
Open policy →12 · DraftContent, rights & complaints
Do not upload counterfeit brands, protected designs without permission, unlawful content, threats, fraud or sexualised depictions of minors. Even a commercially usable AI service does not guarantee that a generated design is free of third-party rights.
Open policy →13 · DraftData, files & privacy
Accounts store contact and sign-in data. Enquiries can contain messages, ZIP projects, proofs, recipient addresses and business lists. Shop profiles and approved listing images are public; customer/production files are not part of the public catalogue. Application access is limited to authorised accounts and the owner.
Open policy →14 · DraftCookies, device storage & services
Customer, partner and owner sign-ins use session cookies. Favourites use browser storage; unsent image projects and the enquiry basket may use IndexedDB. Do not treat shared or third-party devices as permanent storage for confidential files.
Open policy →15 · DraftMessages & conduct
Use enquiry messages for design, timing, delivery and resolving the collaboration. Do not send harassment, threats, spam or unnecessary confidential information. Messages must not contain passwords, card details or bank credentials.
Open policy →16 · DraftReviews & testimonials
Reviews should reflect genuine experiences. No invented purchases, bought ratings or rewards tied to a particular rating. A critical opinion is not prohibited merely because it is negative.
Open policy →17 · DraftModeration & review
The current shop can hold or withdraw partner/shop approvals and request listing changes, publish or hide listings. Reasons may include unclear rights, inaccurate information, missing production files or specific safety concerns. Permanent publication is not automatically promised.
Open policy →18 · DraftIntegrations, preparation & production
The site prepares files using reused production tools but is not connected to the live ERP order workflow. An SVG, PDF, ZIP or test state does not prove that manufacturing started. A code alone does not link transactions across platforms.
Open policy →19 · DraftProduct safety & materials
Stickers, skin transfers, posters and photo prints are different products. A category alone does not guarantee skin compatibility, suitability for children or food contact, dishwasher resistance or outdoor durability. Before sales, evidence-based properties, intended uses and required warnings must be defined for each product.
