1. Permitted content
Do not upload counterfeit brands, protected designs without permission, unlawful content, threats, fraud or sexualised depictions of minors. Even a commercially usable AI service does not guarantee that a generated design is free of third-party rights.
2. Reporting rights issues
Send a specific report to info@dewerk4you.com with contact details, affected URLs/references, the right concerned and an understandable explanation. Avoid unnecessary identity documents or other people’s sensitive data. We review the report and may request further details.
3. Review rather than automatic judgment
Where concerns are substantiated, content may be held while the matter is reviewed. Affected users should have an opportunity to provide permission or a response where legally permitted. A report or approval is not a court determination of rights.
4. Fonts and labels
A different display label or filename does not replace a font, image or trademark licence. Rights for web embedding and manufacturing must be checked before commercial use. Simplified font labels are not evidence of a free licence.
