1. Your shop
Sellers create an accurate shop profile and use a supported manufacturing base. Descriptions, images and production files must be lawful and accurate. Identify AI or example images so they are not mistaken for photographs of an actual product.
2. Review before publication
Shop and partner access need approval and each listing is reviewed. A production file and review of the presentation are required for publication. New or edited content may need another review. Publication does not mean a completed order or guaranteed reach or revenue.
3. Marketplace finances are not live
There are no automated sales, commissions or payouts at this stage. Before launch, identify the buyer’s contracting party, manufacturer role, fees, tax treatment, returns and payment handling. External sales-channel rules also apply to your activities on those channels.
4. Resolve contractual roles before sales
Calling a service a marketplace does not by itself determine who is the legal seller, manufacturer or intermediary. Before sales, contracting parties, trader status, responsibilities, fees, price components and complaints routes must be clear. Payment handling, trader checks, possible platform reporting obligations and size-based exemptions require separate review. The current prototype does not certify completed trader verification.
Still required before activation
Review seller agreements and identity checks, ranking/transparency, applicable platform-law duties and the financial model before marketplace sales.
