The current shop can hold or withdraw partner/shop approvals and request listing changes, publish or hide listings. Reasons may include unclear rights, inaccurate information, missing production files or specific safety concerns. Permanent publication is not automatically promised.
2. Reasons and response
Decisions should rely on explainable facts and, where permitted, be communicated with reasons. You can request review through our contact channel with a reference, evidence and response. A fully automated appeal or mediation system is not implemented.
3. Rights and ongoing matters
Moderation does not automatically remove outstanding statutory claims. Restrictions require separate handling of secure data access, ongoing matters and any contractual duties. Measures required immediately by law remain reserved.
