1. Rights to your design
Only upload content you are entitled to use for the requested purpose, including photos, logos, fonts and personal names. Uploading or AI editing does not automatically grant rights. DeWerk4You does not claim ownership of your design merely because you upload it.
2. Purpose-limited processing
For the requested service we may store files, prepare them technically, generate previews and, following a separate commission, use them for manufacturing. This does not automatically permit advertising, portfolio or public catalogue use; separate permission is needed.
3. Preview and project package
Screen colours and previews do not replace a material sample. Preview PNGs are not scale-accurate production evidence. New ZIPs save supported image/vector settings; older ZIPs may contain only the source and basic values. Undo history is not transferred. We review quality and cut feasibility before manufacturing.
Still required before activation
Determine tolerances and technical minimums per process from real samples; do not make blanket quality promises.
